Luxury hotel with stunning decor. Helpful and friendly staff, great location for the parks. Loved the special entrance to the park and the early park access. The restaurants were amazing, with delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, with nice amenities provided. The hotel's location inside the park made it easy to take breaks or relax between park visits.
There was also no facility in the hotel to print out flight boarding passes, which was inconvenient. the hotel was quite expensive, but the service and location made it worth it.

The bed was comfortable, best sleep ever. Everything you might need for you vacation is here, we greatly enjoyed rooms and facilities. The hotel was very close to Chiba train station...

The hotel is very conveniently located near the park entrance, which means easy access to and from the park. , the staff is really friendly and helpful, making our stay much more enjoyable.
The check-in process was a bit confusing and tedious, with too many documents and instructions to follow. Finding the right office to collect our vacation package tickets was also a bit of a hassle, and we felt lost for a while around the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, with luxurious exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with exclusive room advantages. The staff was very welcoming and efficient, providing excellent service in the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area. The private facilities were amazing and the location was perfect for our needs.
The only negative aspect we encountered was a slight delay in the check-in process. However, this minor issue was quickly resolved by the efficient and friendly staff at the hotel.
